Led by head chef Byron Wheeler, the CULTJAR team harvests ingredients at their peak and immediately transfers them to their specialist kitchen, maximising freshness and preserving every bit of natural goodness.
By combining ancient fermenting techniques with global flavours and farm-fresh ingredients, CULTJAR are breaking the mould and delivering punchy pickles, ferments, sauces and more, using seasonal ingredients all packaged in their eye-catching colourful jars.
