Having moved from the busy London food scene and ready to embrace country life, Phoebe found a vibrant food community which seamlessly blended heritage and farm-focused produce with creativity and innovation. Unable to find somewhere that connected the dots between these incredible artisan producers, she decided to launch Five Valleys Hamper Co, offering people a taste of the Cotswolds and bringing together some local favourites with some up and coming names.

Today, each hamper is still hand packaged with care at the farmhouse table that has passed through generations from our cozy workshop near Stroud, nestled between the valleys that offer a seemingly endless labyrinth of micro-dairies, PYO farms, pop-ups, supper clubs and markets. At the heart of our brand is our network of incredible producers and we invite you to slow down and enjoy each item, tasting the craft and passion that has gone into it. Whether enjoyed with a loved one, or a quiet moment to yourself, every bite tells a story of the Cotswolds.
