With an unflinching dedication to creating planet-friendly beer, Stroud Brewery was the first UK brewery to become a certified B-Corp, supporting farmers to increase biodiversity and using organically-grown barley malted in the traditional way to reduce emissions. Founder Greg Pilley began brewing in 2004 after working at the Soil Association, carrying his knowledge and understanding about organic production and biodiversity into their range of fully organic beers.
