Founders Rob, Andrea and Lorenzo teamed up to bring a new way of wine-drinking to the UK market, realising the size of the carbon footprint created by the traditional wine bottle and determined to introduce more sustainable ways of drinking. Still sourcing their wine from independent Italian producers, When In Rome's sustainable line has included premium boxed wine, canned wine and now includes the world's first supermarket-listed paper wine bottle, producing 6 times less CO2 compared to single-use glass bottles.
