A still amber wine made with real intention — Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Siegerrebe, hand-picked and left to ferment on the skins for 10 days before finishing in stainless steel. Wild fermented with no added sugar or sulphites. Honest, characterful winemaking from the North Somerset countryside.
