A lightly sparkling organic wine made the méthode ancestrale way — bottled before fermentation finishes so the bubbles are entirely its own. A vineyard blend of Pinot Gris, Bacchus and Auxerrois, wild fermented with no added sugar or sulphites. A refreshing, characterful pour straight from the North Somerset countryside.
